The Rustic Experience
Our river huts offer a more rustic approach to staying at the Yubaverse. It’s a great option for those who want a basic yet comfortable place to stay with protection from the elements. These one-room huts come with one full-sized bed and one bunk bed and can accommodate up to four people.

There’s camping, and then there’s hut camping at The Yubaverse! Located on the bank of the North Yuba River, this cabin is perfect for those who want simple, no-frills accommodations. Our camping cabins do not have heat or electricity, so bring everything you need for camping: sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, towels, camp stove, dishes, utensils, headlamps and lanterns. This cabin has a picnic table on the banks of the river. The camping huts share a bathhouse with two bathrooms, a shower, and large washing sink. With a full bed and a twin bunk, our camping cabins can accommodate a maximum of four people.
Fires are not allowed - Because of this delicate environment wood fires or coal fires are no longer allowed. You may bring a portable gas fire pit, 24" diameter or smaller for your stay; absolutely nothing that can create embers is allowed.
